We would always recommend making a reservation in advance, especially for a weekend or holiday! We do accept walk-ins as long as we have availability!

• Please go to our booking page for regular reservations. For large group reservations that exceed opening limits on our booking page, please call us at +1(408) 320-2595 or email contact@tutugetherca.com. 

• We take a $10 deposit per decoden/pouring piece, and $20 deposit per rug. The deposit will go towards the project fee. Deposit is not refundable if canceled within 24hrs. 

• For group reservations of 8 people or more, there’ll be a 10% gratuity automatically applied when check out.

Yes! This is a great place for team outings and group events. For private events booking, please email us contact@tutugetherca.com

YES for both. We charge on a per-project basis, meaning the fee applies to each project regardless of party size. The listed price includes all materials, instruction, and equipment unless otherwise specified.

Non-alcoholic beverages and some snacks are allowed. No alcohol, soups or any food with strong smells please.

We’ll go over all safety instructions during the class. All tufting customers need to sign waivers before getting started. 

We provide comprehensive instructions, necessary materials and equipment for all projects here. Therefore, we’ll not be responsible for unsatisfied work that’s not caused by our equipment or materials.
